AGGROMAXTOPDATE

The AGGroMax core portfolio type  targets top performing market sectors using ETF's and low cost, no load Mutual funds.  It is designed around a 130% Long, 30% Short portfolio structure employing, at certain times, up to 50% Leverage and/or Short Selling (or Inverse funds) in an attempt to capture superior returns. AGGroMax may have concentrated positions adding a non-diversified dimension to portfolios. This core portfolio may also have greater transaction activity and turnover. It is therefore most suited for Aggressive investors willing to accept greater account value swings, greater portfolio turnover, and greater short term losses for the potential of superior, long term returns.

AGGroMax includes GuardRail Technology for risk management in extended market downturns. However because of the inherent volitility of AGGroMax's sector holdings, risk tolerance for this  portfolio is set permitting higher than market portfolio volatility. This core portfolio type is best utilized as a part of a portfolio and for aggressive growth investors who do not have a need for current income, who have long term investment horizons with no need for liquidity or current income, and who can accept short term loss of principal. (note: the 360portfolios methodology strives to manage risk of loss but there is no guarantee of it being successful or in the losses being only short term.)

GROPLUSTOPDATE

The GROPlus core portfolio type consists of an aggressive selection of ETF's and indexed, low cost, No Load Mutual funds. GroPlus may use some Leverage and Short Selling (or inverse funds) as well as Sector and non-traditional asset classes like Emerging Markets, Commodities, and Currencies primarily to hedge, but also to enhance potential returns.  This core portfolio type will therefore have greater transaction activity and portfolio turnover.

Includes GuardRail Technology for risk management in extended market downturns. Not recommended for use as 100% of an investor's portfolio unless they are willing to accept high turnover, greater than average account value fluctuations, and potential short term losses. (note: the 360portfolios methodology strives to manage risk of loss but there is no guarantee of it being successful or in the losses being only short term.)

GROWTHTOPDATE

The GROWTH core portfolio type includes a diversified opportunity set consisting primarily of 100% Long,  "passive" (index) ETFs and actively managed No Load Mutual funds. Growth uses the full, traditional spectrum of asset classes including Stocks, Bonds, Cash, Real Estate, Metals and Commodities. It may additionally hold sectors and specific country allocations. Like all the core portfolio types, Growth is engineered to re-allocate to the best performing asset classes and avoid underperforming or declining asset classes. Growth may at times be 100% allocated to Stocks, but never solely in one Sector or sub- Sector (eg. International stocks or Mid Cap Growth).

Recommended for long term investors seeking above average returns over a full market cycle. Includes GuardRail Technology for risk management in extended market downturns. (note: the 360portfolios methodology strives to manage risk of loss but there is no guarantee of it being successful or in the losses being only short term.)

GROWTHINCOMETOPDATE

The Growth & Income core portfolio type is designed to target moderate growth opportunities normally associated with a 40% / 60% Debt / Equity opportunity mix. The Growth & Income core portfolio type adds "balance" to a portfolio as it includes positions that generate income, positions that provide growth of assets, and positions that seek long term capital preservation. Growth & Income utilizes 'passive' or Index Low Cost, No Load and Closed-ended mutual funds and ETFs mirroring broad market indices, as well as, "best-in-class," actively managed , Low Cost, No Load mutual funds and ETFs.

The Growth & Income core portfolio type reallocates to the 'best' market opportunities among a more limited opportunity set to reduce portfolio volatility. It additionally includes GuardRail Technology for risk management in extended market downturns. Maybe utilized as 100% of an investor's portfolio or supplemented with other core portfolio types. (note: the 360portfolios methodology strives to manage risk of loss but there is no guarantee of it being successful or in the losses being only short term.)

INCOMEMAXTOPDATE

The IncomeMax core portfolio type is generally designed around a 70/30 percent mix of Income/Equity oriented ETF and no load mutual fund choices. IncomeMax contains relatively conservative, stable value investment positions and is constructed to primarily include high current income and conservative, steady growth opportunities.

IncomeMax utilizes top ranking, Low Cost, No Load and closed-ended mutual funds and ETFs that are either actively managed or passive market indexes. The IncomeMax core portfolio type includes GuardRail Technology for risk management in extended market downturns. Recommended to be  utilized as a 100% of an investor's portfolio or used to supplement other core portfolio types to temper their risk parameters. (note: the 360portfolios methodology strives to manage risk of loss but there is no guarantee of it being successful or in the losses being only short term.)

Notes:

The 360Portfolios' core portfolio types are each constructed around various opportunity sets that include 'best in class' No Load mutual funds and ETFs. Asset Classes utilized generally include: Stocks, Bonds, Cash, International Stocks, Real Estate, Commodities (COM), Metals (Alt), Sectors (Alt), Country ETFs (Alt) and Currencies ($). Stocks are further subdivided into Large, Mid, & Small Cap, Growth and Value categories. Bonds are further subdivided into short, intermediate, and long term Government, Corporate, High Yield, and Tax Free issues. Short or Inverse Funds are selection options in the most aggressively structured core portfolio types and may be leveraged to amplify price and appreciation/depreciation potential.

360Portfolios' GuardRail Technology is a proprietary algorithm designed to provide a sound measure of risk management particularly during extended corrections and "Bear" market business cycles. The construction of the core portfolio types and limitations within their opportunity sets, together with stop loss, trailing stop loss, and other proprietary measures trigger ActionAlerts.  The ActionAlerts are notices to change current holding's and asset allocations under defined conditions as specified. The conditions to trigger such changes may occur in a very short time frame or over an extended time frame. The algorithm does not protect portfolios against all events, particularly short term events that could cause extraordinary losses in a few days, particularly in the more aggressive models. However consistently deteriorating asset and/or market weaknesses do trigger corrective portfolio changes that preserve principal. Remember, your use of this site and your subscription to our services is governed by Agreement.
